Laura,
I lust love reading your blog :) -- you crack me up. Just went through my own processification LOL but NOT the kitchen -- I think I'll keep my crappy kitchen until I can move out for a month while it is being done :)

Nils

When in doubt, use photos. THAT should be everyone's credo. Worth a thousand words, and you can quote me on that.

I love how the processification is moving along - and your garden will spring back to life in no time. You have that magic touch ...

Old Horsetail Snake

You DID get rid of Big Red Mouth, didn't you? Or are you just too happy with the barking?

Angie

I get so tired of cleaning the frig. I have delegated the chore to my oldest daughter. Teenagers are good for something.

kenju

You call that neglected?? Come up here; I'll show you neglected!!

Laura

Sue.. move out?? you can do that? I could have moved OUT??!!!!
I am so moving out.. I swear.
and i'm taking the fridge with me.

Yes Nils, I do. I plan to use my magic photos as well... soon, very soon!

Yep Hoss, he went to live with his family, who is probably deaf from all the barking.

Angie, yes.. child labor!!

Kenju.. what! are you challenging me? Neglected?! We shall have a neglection* contest! The winner will have child labor forces clean it up! I will offer up two teenagers for the cleaning!
Oh wait, never mind... it takes me 30 min to get the kids to clean a room that would take me 5 min to clean... let's skip that little contest, shall we.
(*neglection, another possible new word).

You are suppose to brown the meat before you put it in the crock pot - oops - I will have to try that. For me it is usually taking something frozen out putting it in the pot on high and if I am adding anything I wait till it is cooking good.
Remodeling is one of the most stressful things you and spouse can do.
Love your fridge.
I have just been working on my garden in pots and it is shaping up nicely.
Good luck with everything and I hope your roast turned out good.

Florida Cracker

What happened to that trunk full of plants and spring fever you showed us a while back?

Laura

Doubleknot, thanks, the roast was delicous. I don't always brown it, but once in a while, it really gives it a good flavor.

Crackers, great memory!
The tomato and bell peppers made it safely into the ground, but the garden isn't mulched and they look lonely all by themselves. It's a real small garden this year, that's for sure. I've got to get the mulch out there, and soon!
The herbs and flowers made it into pots that I have scattered around the deck. I thought i'd have more time to plant this spring, but I guess it will be a few more weeks before I can really get into it. :(

TSB

I love the days when my refrigerator actually looked like a fridge and not a storage bin for biology projects.....
