I took this photo with my cell phone yesterday shortly before 11a.m. This is what it looked like all over the Largo/Clearwater area. There were ashes on the car, on the windows, patio furntiure...everywhere. By late in the afternoon it had begun to clear up some. It's a hazy day today, you can still smell it in the air, but it's not as bad as it was yesterday.
I'm hoping for clear skies this afternoon as we head north to see my niece play in her final softball championship game as a high school senior. Should be a fun afternoon if Andrea would stop pushing the smoke into the state!
I sure hope it clears today. I can almost smell it from the picture! Have a great weekend, Laura and I hope your niece wins her game!
